"Additional Exam Right" Announcement for Students Who Have Reached the Maximum Study Period as of the End of the 2023-2024 Spring Semester

*** The relevant commission will set a date for each student, and students must comply with the announced date.

Who Can Benefit from the Additional Exam Right?
i. Conditions for eligibility for the exam as a Thesis Master's or Doctoral Program student:
• Having completed the 4th semester,
• Having completed all credit-bearing courses in the curriculum,
• Having a cumulative GPA below 3.00.
 
ii. Conditions for eligibility for the exam as a Non-Thesis Master's Program student:
• Having completed the 3rd semester,
• Having completed all credit-bearing courses in the curriculum,
• Having a cumulative GPA below 3.00.

General Rules:
• The additional exam right may be used for at most 2 courses with the lowest grades,
• If the cumulative GPA is 3.00 or above, the additional exam right may be used for courses graded F, up to the maximum limit,
• Additional exams cannot be taken for courses graded NA,
• Additional exams cannot be taken for Thesis, Seminar, or Project,
• Students with incomplete credit-bearing courses cannot benefit from the additional exam right.
